    Information Necessary for Processing Service Requests
    In order to expedite the handling of your work order the following information is required.  This information is required with each of your requests
  • Your Name
  • Name of Your Community and Phase Number
  • Apartment Number
  • Phone Number
  • Description of Problem
    How is a Service Order Processed / How Quickly Will it Be Completed?
    Parkwood follows up with each resident on every service request to ensure the work has been completed.  The office hours are from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. However, an answering service is provided after hours and weekends to furnish 24 hour emergency service for the convenience of the residents.  Emergency calls are handled immediately and normal work orders are handled within 48 hours.  Some work orders may require the service of an outside vendor.  In these instances, the time may extend past 48 hours to totally complete the job.  Examples are pest control service or HVAC repair.  To put in a service request please contact our office at 405-364-0350.
